Primary goals include promoting public safety by reducing delinquent activities and providing the opportunity for juveniles to live a violent-free lifestyle.

Restorative Justice
A victim-centered, public safety program which focuses on providing victims with a voice, increasing defendants' understanding and empathy, and reducing recidivism.
